The core component of the TeleFFIT program is the remotely delivered and monitored exercise program designed to improve your bone and muscle health and mobility.
The program will be tailored to suit your personal needs and preferences and can be completed in the comfort of your own home at your own pace.
Unique to the TeleFFIT program is that it incorporates exercises to keep you STRONG, STEADY and STRAIGHT. Short, fun daily ACTIVITY SNACKS are also included to regularly stimulate your bones and muscles.

Ongoing Support from Your Health Coach
For the duration of the program, you will be assigned a qualified exercise professional who will provide you with all the support and guidance you need to get started and continue with your program.
Prior to commencing, you will have a one-on-one consultation with your qualified exercise professional who will then prescribe you a personalised home exercise program based on your initial health assessment and needs.
TeleHab App – A Personal Health Coach in Your Pocket
Since TeleFFIT is designed as a remotely delivered and monitored home-based exercise program, you will receive access to use an easy-to-use training app called TeleHab.
TeleHab provides you with clear instructions and narrated videos of how to perform each exercise safely and with correct technique. It also includes specific instructions on your training dose.
A novel feature of TeleHab is that it allows you to communicate with your health coach anytime and track your progress over time.
Using TeleHab also allows your health coach to closely monitor your exercise program remotely, and follow up with you if they have any concerns.
Get “TeleFFIT” Exercise Plan
- The TeleFFIT home exercise program has been designed to be completed three non-consecutive days per week over 12 months with each session lasting approximately 25-30 minutes.
- The program is designed to become progressively more challenging over time to ensure continual improvements.
- To ensure you get the greatest benefits from the program, you will be provided with a home exercise equipment pack FREE of charge. You will be instructed on how to safely use this equipment to complete your exercise program.
- As part of the program you will be asked to performed daily ‘activity snacks’ which can be completed within 3-4 minutes. This may include activities like marching on the spot, stomping, stepping in different directions or performing squats while waiting for the kettle to boil or during TV commercial breaks.
